Invoicing Forms - Tax and Non Tax Invoices:
TaxGst Accounting comes with two standard invoicing forms, which are processed through our built in invoice template.
The only choice you need to make is which type of invoice your are about to prepare, then fill in the relevant boxes, and the Invoicing system takes care of all the technical stuff for you.
Tax Invoice
The basic difference between these two invoices is simple.
If you need an invoice to include sales tax then all you do is select the icon called "Tax Invoice" and the PC will take care of the rest.
You could also use a Tax Invoice even if you do not want to include sales tax and show a zero amount against that column. However we have a non tax invoice for this purpose, but the choice is yours.
Non Tax Invoice
A Non Tax Invoice is simply a Standard Invoice which has NO provision for Sales Tax.
Professional Looking Invoices
With TaxGst you end up with Fantastic professional looking invoices which will help you to project an image of excellence.
With our program you have the ability to change the name of the sales tax, this means the invoice can appear with whatever name your country gives this tax... For example you may want the sales tax to appear on the invoice as VAT or HST etc....
What if you are only looking for Invoicing Software ?
With this unique program you have the ability to use some or all of the accounting system. With TaxGst you get the whole accounting program for the usual cost of our competitors invoicing software.
This means that if you only want to use the invoice section of our software you can... At any future date if you find yourself needing to record income and expenses, then you already have access to this at the click of a mouse.
If you are issuing invoices and waiting for payment our software will allow you to see at a glance which invoices you have received payment and which ones haven't.

you receive the payment you simply click a button
and update the amount to the income section. No double handling
of information.

Yes we have many Canadian customers using TaxGst. We understand that some regions of your fine country require that you collect two forms of Sales Tax on Goods and Services.
TaxGst[2] was created with you in mind, so the recording of Canadian Gst and Pst (or other names) is simple and easy to perform.
With our new version of the software you can record and account for both forms of sales tax throughout the whole of the software and issue invoices which separate the components.

Logo's on Invoices:
You can insert your Small Business Logo into the Invoicing process. Its simple and easy to do, all you need to do is save your existing logo in a bmp file and tell the program where it is....
But we have helped, at C:\TaxGst\Accounting you will find a file called logo.bmp
This file contains a sample logo for invoicing. The size is already the size suited for the invoice process. So all you need do is edit that image, put your art work into the image and you have a ready to use logo. If you don't have a logo, create one, its simple to do... maybe your kids will help come up with a simple design - in this fast pace world I turn to my kids for many such things, they are right up with this sort of computer design stuff these days.
